Meeting with partners under the project ERASMUS +KA2 ACADEMICA
in International University of
  Information Technologies, Almaty

In Almaty on November 22-25, 2017 was held a meeting with the project partners. Responsible for organizing and conducting the seminar was appointed International University of Information Technologies (IUIT), Almaty.
The IUIT team has chosen the sanatorium called “Kazakhstan” as the venue for this meeting; the place was equipped with all the technical means.
The first day which was November 23, 2017, has started with a review of the issues required for consideration at the meeting, and the representative of the grant holder (Burgas Free University) Maria Monova-Zheleva presented the work plan and a review of the activities that the owners of the project's working packages had carried out.
1 question: Experimental work within the framework of the project and the equipping of a platform on which modernized disciplines are based.
Each partner presented reports on the state of the platform and the availability of laboratories, which were opened in the universities of Kazakhstan and Central Asia. The universities demonstrated the presentation of laboratories and showed access to the training platforms for modernized disciplines.
The next important  was the report, in our opinion, concerned monthly monitoring of modernized disciplines, universities presented screenshots of feedback from students studying in these disciplines.
Country Project Coordinator Kakabaev A.A. (Sh. Ualikhanov Kokshetau State University) presented a report on RP-4, in which he noted the features of informing about the results of the project. An important result of the ACADEMICA project is the availability of a platform for teachers use and share knowledge and skills. All teachers who are included in the project have placed on the platform their syllabus and educational-methodical complexes.
2 question, which was also considered by all partners, concerned the presentation of disciplines that are to be experimented in the second semester (summer).
The second day - November 24, 2017 was organized by the partners of the IUIT and it has begun with a visit to the university. In the foyer of the university was presented an exhibition of innovative work of students. It should be noted that students have all the opportunities to implement the most daring ideas, in the implementation of which the professional help is rendered by the teaching staff. Here we saw terminals that could print documents through the WhatsApp messenger.
