Presentation of diplomas to graduates with the participation of Rustem Bigari!

On June 26, the annual graduation ceremony was held at Ualikhanov University. This tradition was born on the eve of the 60th anniversary of our university. 

Rector Marat Syrlybaev opened the solemn event, congratulating the students and handing them long-awaited diplomas. Rustem Bigari, our alumnus, Chairman of the Ualikhanov University Alumni Association, General Director of the Digital Government Support Center, was invited to the event.
