The main tasks of the department:
- Personnel support of the university's activity;
- participation in the formation of personnel policy, determination of structure and staffing;
- compliance with labor legislation in the organization's activities;
- organizational and methodological guidance, coordination and control of the activities of the university's structural units on personnel issues;
- implementation of personnel management policy in accordance with the university development strategy and current plans;
- formation and development of the personnel evaluation system;
- improving the corporate culture of the university;
- ensuring legally competent personnel document flow.
Functions of the human resources department:
- Improvement of the system of rational utilization of human resources;
- determining the source of staffing for the university and analyzing the state of the labor market;
- recruitment, placement and accounting of personnel;
- control over the state of labor discipline and compliance with the Internal Regulations by employees.
