Learning outcomes and competencies

• To use the knowledge of the methodology of conducting scientific research in the field of law and methods of teaching pedagogy and psychology with the demonstration of language knowledge and communicative competencies in the field of professional activity;
• Critically evaluate scientific information in order to form your own judgment from a leadership position;
• Synthesize information from various fields of scientific knowledge for its further application in scientific research, taking into account the norms and rules of ethics of scientific research;
• To reveal modern problems of legal regulation using effective ways of resolving legal disputes.
• To apply sociological methods of research on crime problems for the implementation of preventive measures, to possess skills in combating terrorism and extremism based on the use of scientifically based methods, methods of indicating crime prevention.
• Demonstrate the skills of improving the justice system based on the analysis of domestic and foreign experience, management mechanisms in the exercise of public service, on the basis of comparative legal analysis, apply ways to improve the modern state.;
• Interpret the norms of law, determine the constructions of the norms of law, possess legal concepts, categories, apply scientifically sound methods and methods of the science of philosophy of law and the sociology of law.;
• To apply criminal procedural mechanisms in countering crime, to possess the skills of concluding agreements in criminal proceedings, to apply the procedures of special criminal procedural proceedings in solving practical problems.;
