Learning outcomes and competencies

Navigate modern information flows, understand socio-economic, cultural and historical processes of social development from the perspective of political and legal development of Kazakhstan
Have professional communication skills in various interpersonal situations, using the skills of state, Russian and English. Taking into account the interethnic and multicultural features of the development of society and the state, focused on solving practical situations.
To carry out professional activities on the basis of a developed legal awareness, legal thinking, and professional ethics standards in strict accordance with current legislation.
To apply legal terminology defining the structure of the state and law, sectoral substantive and procedural legislation in solving practical problems.
To ensure the representation of the interests of legal entities in law enforcement agencies, to give a legal assessment of legal facts and events, to form a legal position based on evidence, to make legal decisions in accordance with current legislation.
To qualify criminal and administrative offenses, to compile their criminal law and criminological characteristics, to analyze the dynamics of crime using the data of the KPS and the SU GP of the Republic of Kazakhstan using the bases "Paragraph" and "Adilet".
Know the stages of legal proceedings, make procedural decisions, have the skills to draw up procedural documents and the procedure for appealing them.
Provide legal advice, explain the meaning of procedural actions, draft regulatory documents and other legal documents, conduct an examination of law enforcement acts.
To use in practice the resources of information systems of specialized programs, computer equipment used in the processing of legal information
Possess critical thinking when considering theoretical and applied issues that allow studying the dynamics of the development of the regulatory framework of Kazakh, foreign and international legislation.
Use forensic techniques, tactics, investigation techniques and know their procedural design.
