From September 29 to October 2, 2015, at the Khujand Polytechnic Institute of the Tajik Technical University named after Academician M. I. Abramovich. Osimi (Khujand, Tajikistan) held a training seminar on "Career centers and students: job preparation and internships" within the framework of the TEMPUS 2013 UNIWORK project "Strengthening Career Centers in Central Asian universities to expand graduates' employment opportunities and create high-quality employment " with the participation of professors from European Partner Universities (Great Britain, Austria and Spain) and employees of Career Centers from Central Asian countries.

At this training, European partner universities provided information on job training and internships of Career centers based on the example of their universities. Sarah Pates from the University of Sheffield spoke about the Student Service, the study and training strategy, the employment strategy and the Career Advisory Service department, internships, and student support (how students access services).Career Centre at the University of Sheffield. Renee Schenzel and Birgitburbok presented interpersonal communication skills and internships at Universitetegraz. Victor Clement, head of the Career Center at the University of Alicante, spoke about the activities of students, the role of academic instructors, and internships at the university. On the first day of the seminar, all participants visited the Career Center of the Khujand Polytechnic Institute of the Tajik Technical University named after Academician M. I. Abramovich. Oshimi.

Ryskulov (Kazakhstan), as well as from Kokshetau State University named after Sh.Ualikhanov (Kazakhstan) had the opportunity to share their experience during the implementation of the TEMPUS 2013 UNIWORK project.

Participants of the seminar asked interesting questions to trainers from European Universities, performed various group and practical tasks. At the end of the training, all participants were awarded certificates.
