On December 23, 2023, the base of the Higher School of Medicine was visited by the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sayasat Nurbek. A guided tour of the GSOM Simulation Center was conducted for him. 4th-5th year students under the guidance of teachers demonstrated emergency care in case of sudden cardiac arrest, acute respiratory failure, open limb fractures and bleeding, and airway obstruction, ECG registration skills, ultrasound diagnostics, otoscopy, virtual medical academy. In addition, HSM students attended a lecture by Sayasat Nurbek in the lecture hall of the University, where he shared with young people his views on the future of artificial intelligence in the context of Kazakhstan and discussed key research and educational projects aimed at integrating artificial intelligence into various aspects of public life. The day was eventful, and the events were useful and informative, the students had pleasant impressions from communicating with the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
