On December 9, 2024, an event dedicated to topical issues of gastroenterology was held, with an emphasis on topics such as hepatosis and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). The meeting was held with the participation of the chief freelance hematologist of the Republic of Kazakhstan Konysbekova Aliya Anapyarovna.
Teachers of the Higher School of Medicine and doctors from practical healthcare were invited to the event, which allowed them to discuss key aspects of the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of liver and gastrointestinal diseases. Special attention was paid to modern approaches to hepatosis therapy, as well as effective GERD management strategies. Such events contribute to increasing the level of knowledge and professional competence of medical specialists, as well as strengthen the interaction between leading experts and practitioners.
