From May 20 to 28, 2024, within the framework of the scientific project IRN No. AP14972630 "The role of multilingual education of schoolchildren in early profiling in the context of the Atlas of new professions and competencies of Kazakhstan", PhD, Associate Professor Moldabekova S.K. and Master of Pedagogical Sciences, assistant lecturer of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology Nurken N.M. They were invited to the Maxim Tank Belarusian State Pedagogical University in the person of Rector A.I. Zhuk, the Institute of Advanced Training and Retraining in the person of I.V. Shestitko, and the Belarusian-Kazakh Cultural and Educational Center under the leadership of M.C. Gardukevich, Minsk, Republic of Belarus.

The purpose of the visit is to study the experience of BSPU in organizing early profiling as a system of continuous specialized training, exchange the experience of educational institutions and further cooperation in the field of academic and applied aspects of education.On May 24-25, 2024, they participated and were trained according to the program of the VIII International Festival of Psychological Excellence "Family as a value". During their stay, they visited the National Library of Belarus, which is the largest information and socio–cultural center of the country.

The library provides free access to national and global information resources, and has the most comprehensive collection of national and foreign documents in the republic.As part of the trip, from May 20 to 24, 2024, they took part in practical classes in the academic disciplines "General Psychology" (in the amount of 10 academic hours) and "Personality Psychology" (in the amount of 10 academic hours) for 2nd year students of the specialty 1-23 01 04 "Psychology" of the Department of General and Organizational Psychology of the Institute of Psychology BSPU;

undergo a scientific internship "Methodology and methods of scientific research in education" in a hybrid format.

During the meetings, topical issues related to education were discussed, experience was exchanged, and issues of joint scientific research in the field of teacher education were discussed.We thank the staff and organizers of BSPU and IATR for their professionalism, feedback and hospitality.
