The process of admission to the Residency

From July 3 to July 25 of the calendar year, the admission committee accepts documents for admission to the residency for participation in the entrance exam:

1) application addressed to the Chairman of the Board – Rector for participation in the competition for admission to the residency;

2) a document on higher education (when submitting documents to the admissions committee), a copy (when submitting through the information system) with the qualification "doctor". Persons who have received medical education abroad provide a document on the recognition of their education and (or) on the assignment of the qualification "doctor". When enrolling, the original document of higher education and (or) a document on the recognition of education, the assignment of the qualification "doctor" are submitted to the admissions committee;

3) a transcript indicating the GPA for the entire period of study (1-7 courses);

4) a copy of the certificate of completion of the internship (if any);

5) certificate or information about the certificate of a healthcare specialist (a copy for documents issued by a foreign state);

6) the test results of the independent examination conducted by the NCNE (for persons who completed the internship in 2013-2018) or the results of the first and second stages of the independent examination conducted by the NCNE (for persons who completed the internship starting in 2019);

7) a copy of the identity card;

8) medical certificate in form 075/u, approved by Order no. KR DSM-175/2020/fluorography;

9) marriage certificate (if available)(a copy, an electronic document from the digital documents service for registration in the AIS Platonus);

10) a copy of the work record (for persons with work experience, original, copy, electronic document from the digital documents service for registration in the AIS Platonus);

11) scientific publications, including in rating scientific publications (if available);

12) certificates of awarding scientific scholarships, grants (if available);

13) certificates of scientific developments (if available);

14) certificates and (or) diplomas for participation in scientific conferences and competitions (if available);

15) six photos measuring 3x4 centimeters (cut and folded into an envelope);

16) cardboard folder folder, 3 files;

17) A4 envelope;

18) a copy of the English Language Test Certificate (TOEFL or IELTS) (if available):

International English Language Tests System Academic (IELTS Academic) , threshold score of at least 5.0;

Test of English as a Foreign Language Institutional Testing Program Internet-based Test (TOEFL IBT) , threshold score of at least 46 points;

Test of English as a Foreign Language Paper-based testing (TOEFL PBT) , the threshold score is at least 453;

Test of English as a Foreign Language Institutional Testing Program (TOEFL ITP), the threshold score is at least 460;

When submitting documents to the admissions committee together with copies of the documents listed in the paragraphs 4),7),9),10) provided in originals for verification carried out in the presence of the incoming after verification, the original documents are returned.

Entrance exams to the residency are held from August 8 to August 16 (according to the schedule).

Admission to the residency is made by order of the Chairman of the Board-rector or by a person acting as his/her duties until August 28 of the calendar year.
