Self-development means constantly working on yourself, improving yourself and developing personal qualities. In the process of self-development, a person concentrates on his own desires and goals and constantly acquires more and more new knowledge to achieve them. This process is fundamental to achieving success in life. By self-development we understand a person’s desire to change himself and master the means of such change.
