Such entertainment will help you look at the situation in a less serious and tragic way.
- Color the coloring book or create a mandala.
- Make a vision board by cutting out illustrations from magazines or newspapers that reflect your dreams. Glue them onto a piece of cardboard or whatman paper and hang them in a visible place.

Activities involving others
- Write a kind letter to a friend or relative who is also having a hard time. Alternatively, call and reassure him.
- Talk to your most beloved and compassionate loved one.

Activities outside the home
- Take a walk around your neighborhood or go to a park.
- Open a map of your city and blindly select a location. Go there and find something interesting there.
