Learning outcomes and competencies

• Know and understand the principles and patterns of teamwork, delegate and coordinate authority with a leadership position, effectively plan and organize their work and the work of the team;
• Know the laws and trends of economic development, processes in the national economy; analyze in interconnection economic processes, phenomena at the macro- and micro-level;
• Apply applied software and modern methods of information processing in professional activities, use language skills in the professional field;to be able to choose effective forms of organization and management of the enterprise, taking into account their specifics and specific conditions of activity
• Interpret primary and analytical information to calculate economic indicators that characterize the activities of an economic entity;
• Calculate the economic performance of the organization, substantiate and analyze them for further use by managers in making management decisions;
• Develop and substantiate business plans for the enterprise (business plan, investment plan, enterprise development plan, etc.);
• Demonstrate the skills of organizing your own business and opening startups;
• Analyze and interpret financial, accounting, statistical and other information contained in the reports of enterprises of various forms of ownership and management;
• To know and apply in practice the main legislative and other legal acts regulating the sphere of professional activity, concerning the functioning of the economy, its industries and business entities.
