Objectives of the educational program
Training teacher assistants who possess competencies in supporting basic pedagogical education, organizing the educational process, and working with children with special educational needs (SEN).

Learning outcomes and competencies
Learning Outcomes:
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding in the field of inclusive education based on advanced achievements in pedagogy.
Apply knowledge to organize and support the educational process for children with special educational needs using behavioral correction methods.
Assess pedagogical situations and make decisions considering children’s needs, applying scientific approaches and ethical standards.
Interact effectively with teachers, parents, children, and other specialists, communicating information, ideas, and solutions.
Master new methods of inclusive education and continue professional development independently.
Professional Competencies
Provides individual psychological and pedagogical support to a child with special educational needs in the educational process until the formation of independent learning skills, in accordance with the recommendations of the Psychological-Medical-Pedagogical Consultation (PMPC).
Participates in the assessment of the child’s special educational needs, examinations conducted by specialists, and the development of individual learning plans, educational, developmental, and corrective-developmental programs.
Provides assistance to children with special educational needs during organized learning and extracurricular activities, contributing to their adaptation and socialization.
Carries out observation and data collection on the child’s developmental dynamics, maintains records of program progress, and provides information to teachers and specialists for monitoring purposes.
Ensures safety and health protection conditions for children with special educational needs during educational activities.
Maintains reporting documentation in the prescribed format.
