Learning Outcomes

- Demonstrates knowledge in the field of career guidance for schoolchildren in accordance with the requirements of the modern labor market.

- Applies the skills of psychological diagnostics of students in order to clarify their professional interests and aptitudes, intellectual and personal characteristics that are important for choosing a profession and training profile (taking into account the Atlas of new professions and competencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Akmola region);.

- Possess skills in digital data processing and visualization forms in drawing up a professionogram.

Professional Competencies

- Knowledge of the basics of career guidance work at the present stage, professional self-determination of a student in the context of the Atlas of new Professions and Competencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, designing future professional activities.

- Knowledge of the features of career guidance work with children with disabilities in a general education school.

- Skills in diagnosing a student's professional orientation, drawing up individual maps of a student’s professional self-determination, applying psychodiagnostic techniques in career guidance work with schoolchildren
