On November 26-27, 2015, the FH Joanneum University of Applied Sciences Joanneum(Austria) hosted a meeting with the participation of the main coordinator from the University of Alicante (Spain), project coordinators from the University of Graz (Austria), the University of Sheffield (Great Britain) and partner universities of Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan).

Abrorzhuraev from Bukhara State University, Head of Project 4 "Networking and Strategic Support Actions", told the project coordinators about holding a National Forum in each country and about the plans for holding a Regional Forum in Bukhara, Uzbekistan. He also gave a report on all project work packages.

Svetlana Simbard from BAFE spoke about RP 3 "Strengthening the organizational capacity of career guidance centers", the modernization of action plans for 2014-2017, the development and adoption of action plans including annual work plans for 2014-2017, the modernization of the technical capacity of 12 APCs, the purchase and installation of equipment, and the increase in the number of employees involved in the project./creating centers, websites, and databases. She also gave a report on all work packages of the project.

In turn, the leader of RP 7 "Distribution" Shukhrad Maksudov from the Khujand Polytechnic Institute presented a strategy for distributing the project results using various tools.Shukhrad Maksudov made a report on all work packages on the implementation of the project at his university.

Mahabbat Ramazanova from KSU named after Sh.Ualikhanov informed the partners about the updates of WP 6 "Quality Plan". She spoke about the results of a questionnaire survey of all training seminars and National Forums on the project. She also offered to hold an exhibition on the project during the Regional Forum in Bukhara.

Rene Schenzel from the University of Graz presented the results of RP 1 "Generating knowledge and identifying best practices" and presented the work plan for career guidance centers at Universities: a guide to best practices.Kristina Binns spoke about internships for Career Center staff that took place at the University of Sheffield (UK), Alicante (Spain) and the FHJoannaneum of Applied Sciences FHJoannaneum(Austria), as well as online courses within the framework of WP5.

Gary Woods of the University of Sheffield outlined the implementation of WP 5: a business planning competition, online courses, a job placement marathon, and mediation events.

All university coordinators from Central Asia made a report on all RPS for the project. With KSU named after Sh. Ualikhanov's report was made by the local coordinator of the project Gulim Iskakova.

Kristina Bins and Olya Bloshinska spoke about the project's work plans for the coming year and explained the project's financial issues.
