The Board of Directors of the non-profit joint stock company "Kokshetau University named after Sh. Ualikhanov ", 020000, Kokshetau city, Abaya Street, 76, announces a competition for the vacant position of a member of the Board - Vice-Rector for Socio-Cultural Development of the non-profit joint stock company "Kokshetau University named after Sh. Ualikhanov ", located at Abaya Street, 76, Kokshetau city.
The main activity of the Company’s activity is the provision of educational services in the field of higher, postgraduate, technical and professional, post-secondary and additional education
The purpose of the activity is to create necessary conditions for obtaining high-quality education, training and teaching aimed at the formation, development and professional development of a personality based on national and universal values, achievements of science and practice, as well as for the development of scientific potential and commercialization of developments.
Requirements for the participants of the competition
Main requirements:
- Higher and postgraduate education;
- Work experience in managerial positions in higher and postgraduate education organizations and/or authorized bodies in the relevant fields for at least 3 years.
Additional requirements:
- Proficiency in Kazakh and Russian languages;
- Certificates in management, including quality management systems and corporate governance in the field of higher education and science.
The candidate should have the following knowledge, skills, and professional competencies:
Knowledge of basic principles:
- Management of educational programs;
- Implementation of government youth policy;
- Volunteering and cooperation with governmental and non-governmental organizations;
- Implementation of student initiatives and organization of youth leisure activities, including recreational sports;

The candidate applying to participate in the competition should submit the following documents in paper and electronic form:
1) an application in the prescribed form;
2) a copy of the participant's identity document for the Competition;
3) the participant's resume with a 3x4 color photograph in the prescribed form;
4) copies of education documents and their attachments with presentation of the originals for verification;
5) a copy of the employment confirmation document, certified by the personnel department of the place of work;
6) a medical certificate of health status (medical professional advisory opinion) in form No. 075/u;
7) a certificate from a neuropsychiatric organization issued no more than one year before the date of document submission, in accordance with legislation on public services;
8) a certificate from a drug treatment organization issued no more than one year before the date of document submission, in accordance with legislation on public services;
9) a certificate of the presence or absence of a criminal record from the e-government portal for citizens (PSC, Egov portal.kz, etc.);
10) a certificate of the presence or absence of information about the commission of a corruption offense from the e-government portal for citizens (PSC, Egov portal.kz, etc.);
11) consent to the collection and processing of personal data for participation in the competition for vacant positions in the Company.
Persons ineligible to participate in the competition:
- under the age of twenty-five;
- having previously committed a corruption offense;
- having an unexpunged or outstanding criminal record;
- registered in specialized medical institutions;
- other cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The acceptance of documents for participation in the competition is carried out within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement.
