The series of training sessions within the Erasmus+ KA2 CirculEc project on capacity building in the field of circular economy for university teachers in Central Asia is continuing.
After the University of Naples Federico II (Naples, Italy), the program was taken over by the Fachhochschule des Mittelstands (FHM) (Bielefeld, Germany). At the Fachhochschule des Mittelstands (FHM), the teacher training will take place in the period from March 17 to 21, 2025. The training in Germany also takes place in a mixed format. 2 teachers from each partner university take part in the offline format and the rest of the working group members of the partner universities participate online.
This series of professional trainings is a very important part of the Erasmus+ KA2 CirculEc project and will make a significant contribution to human capital formation for the higher education system of the Central Asian countries (Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan).
The trainings are aimed at improving the skills of teachers of the Central Asian partners in creating courses and curricula, as well as in developing teaching materials in selected disciplines (Territorial and Urban Characteristics, Systems Approach to Sustainability Studies, Corporate Environmental Management, Fundamentals of Closed Loop Economics, Fundamentals of Sustainable Development Policy, etc.).
