On 20 February 2026, the scientific and educational session “Modern Educational Practices and Micro-Qualifications” was held at Ualikhanov University. The event was organized in partnership with Caravan of Knowledge and brought together school teachers, faculty members, and students.The session was conducted within the framework of the Murager program, which is aimed at supporting professional development in STEAM education.

The welcoming speeches were delivered by Dinara Ryspayeva, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, and Daryn Sayinov, CEO of the Corporate Fund “Caravan of Knowledge”.

During the session, university faculty members presented course projects in natural science disciplines and STEM technologies implemented under the Murager program

The main objective of the event was to introduce modern approaches to micro-qualification implementation and contemporary educational practices in school education, as well as to strengthen teachers’ professional competencies in STEAM education.

The session concluded with the awarding of certificates for the “STEM Teacher” micro-qualification program. The event provided an opportunity for teachers to exchange experiences and discuss modern STEM teaching approaches, while future educators were introduced to advanced methodologies and received practical guidance for developing their professional skills.
