Winners of the “StartUp Project” competition at the end of 2025.

The founders and authors of the startup project are students of the Department of Information and Communication Technologies, specializing in Data Science: Aitkozhina Madina Almazovna and Daniyal Nurlanov.

Grant funding amount: 680,000 tenge.

Brief description of the startup project:

3D City Tour is an innovative format of a virtual, digitized city that allows users to fully immerse themselves in the urban environment using any convenient device. Thanks to 360-degree panoramic viewing technology in a three-dimensional format, anyone can freely “travel” through streets, squares, and surrounding areas without leaving home.

This approach ensures a highly realistic perception of space: users can view buildings from all sides, explore architecture, switch between locations, and feel like active participants in city life.

The platform is distinguished by its ease of use and high adaptability. It works equally well on smartphones, tablets, and computers, easily adjusts to internet speed, and automatically optimizes image quality.As of early 2026, the startup project is at the stage of technical implementation.
