MISSION AND OBJECTIVES OF THE UNIVERSITY LEGAL OFFICE

1. The University Legal Office is dedicated to upholding legal compliance throughout the University's activities, safeguarding the interests of the institution, its staff, and students in both judicial and governmental spheres, and adhering to the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. The primary responsibilities of the legal office encompass:

- Providing comprehensive legal support for and alignment with the University's various activities.

- Safeguarding the legal interests and rights of the University.

- Crafting and refining legal documents to ensure clarity and precision.

- Advocating for the University in courts of diverse jurisdictions and engaging with other governmental bodies.

- Offering legal opinions and consulting services to employees and students on matters related to the University's activities.

- Conducting legal reviews of incoming and outgoing documents.

- Formulating, analyzing, and revising internal regulations and agreements to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
