Learning outcomes and competencies
- To characterize the basics of business process management from the standpoint of strategy and tactics of the organization in modern business conditions, demonstrate business negotiations with partners, use information from production, economic, trade, financial, investment and other activities of business entities;
- To describe the types of management structures of organizations, to explore the mechanisms of their construction, to master the principles of working in the external environment in the long, medium and short term;
- To substantiate the concept of leadership in the process of strategic and tactical management of business processes;
- Apply modern aspects to management, including divisional and matrix management structures of the organization
- To use in practice analytical methods of management and financial and economic analysis, indicators of diagnostics, analysis and ways of solving business problems, as well as managerial decision-making and their implementation in practice;
- Analyze and generate optimal solutions when developing business models and investment projects;
- Evaluate modern aspects of management based on theoretical foundations, modern research and practice requirements, as well as applied aspects of business management;
- Organize, plan, conduct business and manage it from a competitive perspective in an international, regional and national environment, use marketing and financial solutions to company management problems.
