On June 21, 2024, the Jean Monnet project team, including Ainagul Ismagulova, Gulmira Rakisheva, and Elmira Gerfanova, organized and conducted a round table discussion on the topic "Promoting Cultural Diversity and Tolerance in European Projects." The event brought together faculty members, doctoral students, and master’s students from various disciplines. The project coordinators presented the interim results of the project and shared their experiences from research conducted with student participation. Participants discussed how European practices in teaching and research could be integrated into Kazakhstan to enhance educational programs, improve teaching quality, and identify prospective project topics aimed at addressing issues such as academic integrity, motivation, ethics, and early specialization, among others. The round table fostered an atmosphere of collaboration and experience sharing.
