From May 16 to 17, 2018университете (, the third meeting of the 574099-EPP project was held at the Kazakh Agrarian National University (Almaty) -1-2016-1-ITEPPKA2-CBHE-SP PAWER "Paving the way for inter-regional mobility and ensuring compliance, quality and equity of access". This meeting was attended by universities from Italy, Bulgaria, Poland and Great Britain, partner universities from 8 countries belonging to 4 different regions (Central Asia, Russia, Caucasus and Asia), as well as coordinator of the National Office of Erasmus+ in Kazakhstan Tasbulatova Sh. U. From KSU named after Sh. Ualikhanov's meeting was attended by the local coordinator of the project from the University of Baikenova G. E. and the deputy head of the CMS, И I & AM Turovskaya E. I.


The meeting began with a welcoming speech by the Rector of the University, Professor T. Espolov. In his speech, he spoke about the achievements of the university and stressed the importance of the PAWER project. Then the coordinator of the National Office of Erasmus+ in Kazakhstan Tasbulatova Sh. U. made a welcoming speech.


The general overview of the project was presented by Dr. Massimiliano D'oncoceno from the University of L'Aquila, who in his presentation briefly showed the main activities of the project, the action plan for the second and third years of the project.


Dr Georgios Dafoulas from Middlesex University (England) spoke about RP2 and RP3Мидлсекс. In general, he reported on the events and training sessions that took place at the end of 2017. During the discussion, he noted that it is necessary to conduct re-training for the administrative and academic staff of the university.


T. Monostori from Szeged University (Hungary) spoke on RP4. In his presentation, he said that it is necessary to choose 5 directions for pilot training. During the discussion, it was decided to launch pilot training in the 2018-2019 academic year.


K. Kafarski from the University of Natural Sciences in Wrocław (Wrocław, Poland) spoke on RP5. In his speech, he said that questionnaires have been developed to assess the quality and monitor the project and project meetings. After each event, a survey is conducted and questionnaires are analyzed and processed.


On the second day, PAWER project Finance Manager Marco Calabrese spoke. He explained in detail all the financial management and reporting of the project.


According to the agenda, the last day of the meeting was dedicated to separate meetings between the University of L'Aquila and each partner. All individual meetings ended after a brief Q & A session.


On May 17, 2018, the Kazakh Agrarian National University (Almaty) held monitoring within the framework of the 574099-EPP project-1-2016-1-ITEPPKA2-CBHE-SP PAWER "Paving the way for inter-regional mobility and ensuring compliance, quality and equity of access". The monitoring was attended by the coordinator of the National Office of Erasmus+ in Kazakhstan Tasbulatova Sh. U., all Kazakhstan partners of the project and representatives from the University of L'Aquila Massimiliano D'oncoceno And Marco Calabrese.


The purpose of monitoring was to assess the current stages of implementation of the PAWER project, as well as to obtain information on results and achievements in accordance with the project's logical and structural matrix, to get acquainted with the real situation in which the project is being implemented, as well as the impact and sustainability of the project at the national level.


During the monitoring, questions were raised on the relevance, impact and sustainability of the project at the national level, the effectiveness of implementation, current performance and the strategy for disseminating project results. Each of the participants from universities presented their results to the coordinator and justified their role in the project.


Following the results of the monitoring, the coordinator of the National Office of the Erasmus + program, Shaizada Umurzakovna, expressed her comments and comments, which were taken into account by all participants of the monitoring, and told about her expectations regarding the development of the project.
