On May 14, 2025, at the Sh. Ualikhanov Kokshetau University, in the Agrotechnical Institute, as part of the dissemination of the results of the ERASMUS+ /KA2/ Capacity Building in Higher Education projects, members of the working groups Kurmanbayeva A.S. and Bayazitova Z.E. gave presentations during a FOCUS GROUP meeting within the framework of the project "EcoDialogue: Engaging civil society in dialogue with government agencies on the development and implementation of policies in the field of waste management and climate change". The Sustainable Development Center representatives and the “Angel” NGO also participated in the event.

They informed the participants and shared information about the results of the ERASMUS+ /KA2/ CBHE 101129169 project "Development of innovative curricula and modules in Circular Economy and Sustainable Development/ CirculEC", as well as the ERASMUS+ /KA2/ CBHE 101177914 project "Strengthening linkages between environmental issues, social needs and good governance in the education and employment sectors in Central Asia / ESGCA".

During the meeting, discussions were held on the topic: "Environmental issues and local best practices in waste management and climate change mitigation".
