At the Sh. Ualikhanov Kokshetau University, within the framework of the international project EU ERASMUS+ /KA2/ CBHE 101129169 “Development of innovative curricula and modules in Circular Economy and Sustainable Development (CirculEC),” a 72-hour training program on “Urban Ecology” will be held from November 17 to December 5, 2025.

Lectures and practical sessions will be conducted by Anuarbek Ayazbayevich Kakabayev, PhD in Biology.

The program is designed to develop knowledge and competencies in urban environmental sustainability, natural resource management, and the implementation of circular economy principles in urban settings, as well as to build practical skills for assessing and improving the ecological situation in cities. Participants will gain familiarity with modern methods of environmental monitoring, analysis of urban ecosystems, and designing sustainable solutions for urban environments.
