Training internship of partners in the period from February 26 to March 12, 2017as part of the ERASMUS PLUS 2016 LMPI project No. 573901-EPP-1-2016-1-IT-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP"Sustainable development of agriculture and rural areas"(EU Erasmus+)"
In accordance with the SARUD project implementation plan SARUD, a second training internship for partners was organized. Participants of the seminar were teachers of universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation: Kokshetau State University named after Sh. Ualikhanov (Kokshetau), Kostanay State University named after A. Baitursunov (Kostanay), Kazakh Agrotechnical University named after S. Seifullin (Astana), Michurinsk State University (Michurinsk, Russia), Novosibirsk State University (Astana).Novosibirsk, Russia), Omsk State University.Stolypin State Agricultural Academy (Omsk, Russia) and V. Filippov Buryat State Agricultural Academy (Ulan-Ude, Russia). Nurmukhanbetova N. and Iskakov N. A. took part from KSU named after Sh. Ualikhanov.
The main objective of the internship wasto develop a modular educational program and improve the professional skills of the teaching staff in the fieldof sustainable development of agriculture and rural areas.
The internship program was very rich and varied both in terms of content, forms, and methods of training: didactic seminars, round tables, business games, interactive lectures, and others.
Training sessions were organized at the University of Heuenheim (UHOH), the University of Nürtingen (NGU), inthe agricultural education centers of the Federal State of Baden-Württemberg (DEULA, LEL, LAZWB), as well as excursions to the organic farms "Alpine lentils", the Swabian Alps Biosphere Reserve and the enterprises of producers of regional products" Mosterei Koesler "and" Mosterei Koesler".Alpine Buffaloes", marketing agencies for regional products of the Federal State of Baden-Württemberg, Farms engaged in rural tourism. Classes were conducted by representatives of business structures, production and industry.
Participants received complete information about the University of Heuenheim and the Higher School of Nürttingen-Goesling, the content and forms of practice-oriented training in these universities, educational facilities and research stations.
Expert meetings were organized with professors of the University of Heuenheim on the topics "Biodiversity conservation", "Biological plant protection", "Management of agricultural enterprises", "Cooperation in agriculture", etc. Much attention was paid to support measures in agriculture.
The didactic training, which was organized on the basis of the Agency for the Development of Agriculture and Rural Territories of the Federal state of Baden-Württemberg, was also very useful. The trainingbecame a discussion platform for discussing the content of training courses, methodology and basic methods of teaching and learning. Participants got an idea of the concept of a variety of educational activities, including the concept of a training project-the seminar was practical. Examples, trends and best practices in the fieldof sustainable agricultural and rural development were presented.
