On November 14, 2024, first–year students of the Higher School of Medicine took part in a meeting with teachers of the Faculty of Law - Yerlan Amangeldievich Nauryzbaev and Evgeny Viktorovich Maksimenko. The event was held as part of an internal analysis of corruption risks and was aimed at raising students' awareness of corruption problems, as well as preventing its manifestations in the educational and professional environment.
At the meeting, the teachers highlighted topical issues related to corruption risks, explained what forms of corruption violations exist, what are their consequences for society and the healthcare sector in particular. The students learned about the legislative aspects of the fight against corruption, and also received recommendations on maintaining ethical standards in their future professional activities.
Such events are important for the formation of professional responsibility and legal awareness among students, as well as contribute to the development of an anti-corruption culture in the educational environment.
