The Zhana Urpak project, initiated by the Business Incubator of Ualikhanov University, has been officially launched at the Lyceum School No. 2 in Kokshetau. On February 9, 2024, a presentation was held for students in grades 7-10, with the attendance of the school's director, Akhmetzhanova S.B., the head of the university's Business Incubator, Drobysheva L.D., and Orynbasar Akzhan, a 2nd-year student and winner of the StartUp Project competition.
School students are encouraged to participate in the business incubator voluntarily. This opportunity is beneficial for those who have aspirations for entrepreneurship or startup projects and seek grants to kickstart their initiatives or tech startups.
The business incubator welcomes participation from business coaches, entrepreneurs, and students alike. However, the primary initiator of the project is university student Akzhan Orynbasar, who received a grant of 175,000 tenge from the university to support her startup project, "Zhana Urpak: School Business Incubator."
This grant covers training expenses through the entrepreneur training program offered by the international company, Eduson-Academy.
The students have shown considerable interest in the project, which is being fully supported by Ualikhanov University.
