A significant meeting took place yesterday at the Bolashaq Saraiy, where the Akim of the Akmola region, Marat Akhmetzhanov, met with representatives of the education sector, students, and members of the public. The discussion focused on the draft of the new Constitution ahead of the upcoming referendum. It was emphasized that education and science are defined as key priorities of the state in the renewed Constitution.

During the meeting, a student of Kokshetau University named after Shokan Ualikhanov and Chair of the Youth Parliament, Eleonora Dalabayeva, also delivered a speech. She highlighted that the proposed constitutional amendments strengthen the principles of the rule of law and the protection of human rights. According to her, these changes will open broader opportunities for young people to receive quality education and fully realize their potential.
