The event was attended by JSC “Tynys,” represented by its General Director Kairat Zhanybayevich Kalmanbayev, Chairman of the Kokshetau City Maslikhat Dastan Altayevich Akimov, and historian-educator Bauyrzhan Kairkenovich Ibrayev. They provided the faculty and students with detailed information on the key directions of the proposed Constitutional draft.

During the meeting, participants discussed the content of the proposed amendments and additions to the Basic Law, their significance for societal development, strengthening legal culture, and enhancing civic responsibility. The speakers emphasized that the Constitution serves as the foundation of statehood and a key strategic document determining the country’s sustainable development.
