Today, Ualikhanov University welcomed Alexey Dral, a leading expert in IT and Data Science.Alexey Dral is an experienced professional in IT and education who has collaborated with companies such as Amazon AWS, Yandex, and Rambler. He is also a lecturer and the author of educational programs in Machine Learning, Big Data, MBA, MPA, and Chief Data Officer (CDO) courses offered at top universities across Russia, Europe, and Asia. In addition, Alexey heads an international project in partnership with Yandex, Big Data for Data Engineers, which has reached over 100,000 learners worldwide.
During his visit, Alexey met with the university leadership and students of the Department of Information and Communication Technologies. He shared his insights on how science and business interact, discussed current trends in Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics, and inspired students to explore new opportunities in these fast-growing fields.
In the meeting with the university administration, both sides discussed prospects for collaboration in developing educational programs and creating joint courses in Data Science and Information Technology.
