The document was signed by the rector of Shokan Valikhanov University Marat Syrlybayev and acting vice-rector of Penn State Global Sabina Clare. The meetings discussed areas of innovative cooperation in the field of Natural Sciences, the development of STEM education, and the exchange of experience in the field of communications.
