On May 28, 2025, a meeting was held between final-year students of the S. Sadvakasov Agrotechnical Institute studying under the Serpin program and employers. As part of the event, a consultation platform “Graduate - Employer” was also organized.
Among those invited are the university’s partners: representatives of interested regional administrations, city and district enterprises, and agricultural colleges.
The meeting was fruitful. The university's vice-rector A.K. Kapyshev gave a welcoming speech. Orazbaev interested graduates in the specialty "Forest resources and forestry" in vacancies. Teachers from the Higher Technical Colleges of Kokshetau (M. Nurakhmetova, R. Omirzhan) and Shchuchinsk (Zh. Tulenova) spoke about the opportunities for employment of technical specialty university graduates as teachers in the technical and vocational education and providing them with places in a dormitory. A representative of Qazak food market LLP (M. Kuzmina) offered the children vacancies in the specialty of "Grain storage and processing technology", a representative of Gormolzavod LLP acquainted the children with vacancies related to the processing and sale of dairy products, etc.
B. Sharipov, director of the regional Center for Labor Mobility, spoke about employment opportunities in state-subsidized jobs within the framework of the projects “Youth Internship”, “First Workplace”, “Generation Contract”, as well as vacancies on the website www.enbek.kz through the Electronic Labor Exchange portal, where more than 2 thousand vacancies are currently posted in the Akmola region. A memorandum of cooperation and collaboration was also signed with the Center for Labor Mobility and Career Centers.
B. Almagambetova, a methodologist at the university’s Career Center, reminded us about the conditions for mandatory work after completing training under the Serpin program.
