The state program “Mangilik ate zhastary – industry” - “Serpin - 2050” is being implemented at Kokshetau University named after..Sh. Ualikhanov since 2014.

The social program "Serpin" provides an excellent opportunity for rural youth to receive a quality education and find stable work.

Currently, 1600 students are studying at the university under the Serpin program in 23 educational programs. Students studying within the framework of the project are self-confident, not afraid of difficulties, trying to solve their problems independently, quickly adapting to the social environment, responsible citizens.

This academic year, 376 graduates are completing the Serpin program. One of them is Ermek Talshyn Nurbekkyzy, a fourth-year student at the Pedagogical Institute.
