By the decision of the Sole Shareholder dated April 3, 2025 (Order No. 18-l/s of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan), Nurlan Amirovich Medetov was relieved of his duties as a member of the Board — Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the Non-Profit Joint Stock Company “Kokshetau University named after Sh. Ualikhanov.” Basis: Resignation letter submitted by N.A. Medetov.

By the decision of the Sole Shareholder dated March 19, 2025 (Order No. 127 of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan), Temirkhan Anapiyevich Tolkynbayev, Head of the Center for Continuing and Additional Education at the Non-Profit Joint Stock Company "S. Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical Research University," was elected as an independent director to the Company's Board of Directors.

By the decision of the Board of Directors dated 02.26.2025 (Protocol No. 2), the duties of a member of the Management Board-Vice-rector for Internationalization and Infrastructure Development during maternity leave, Sagyndykova Zh.O. were assigned to the head of the Department of Mining, Construction and Ecology Kurmanbayeva A.S.

By the decision of the Board of Directors dated December 25, 2024 (Minutes No. 14), the Development Plan of the NJSC "Sh. Ualikhanov Kokshetau University" for 2025–2029 (ID 14-960840000681-2025-001) was approved.

By the decision of the Sole Shareholder dated December 13, 2024 (Order No. 570 of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan), the powers of Dana Zhambulovna Kalenova, Member of the Board of Directors of NJSC "Sh. Ualikhanov Kokshetau University" were terminated ahead of schedule.

Yernar Duisenbekovich Toktybaev, Director of the Department of Infrastructure Projects, Public Procurement, and Assets of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was elected to the Board of Directors of the Company.

By the decision of the Sole Shareholder dated December 3, 2024 (Order No. 543 of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan), amendments and additions were made to the Corporate Governance Code of NJSC "Sh. Ualikhanov Kokshetau University"

By the decision of the Board of Directors dated November 29, 2024 (Minutes No. 13), the clarification of the Development Plan of NJSC "Sh. Ualikhanov Kokshetau University" for 2020–2024 (second half of 2024) (Identifier: 14-960840000681-2020-014) was approved.

By the decision of the Sole Shareholder dated August 8, 2024 (Order No. 398 of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan), the Corporate Governance Code of NJSC "Sh. Ualikhanov Kokshetau University" was approved.

By the decision of the Sole Shareholder dated April 8, 2024 (Order No. 153 of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan), "Tax Audit Business" LLP was appointed as the auditing organization to conduct the audit of the annual financial statements for 2023 of the NJSC "Sh. Ualikhanov Kokshetau University."

According to the decision of the Board of Directors of the NJSC "Sh. Ualikhanov Kokshetau University" dated April 4, 2024 (Minutes No. 4), Ardak Kairzhanovich Kapyshev was elected as a Member of the Board for Social and Cultural Development of the NJSC "Sh. Ualikhanov Kokshetau University" based on the results of the competition.

By the decision of the Board of Directors dated 01.02.2024 (Minutes No. 2), the powers of the Corporate Secretary of the NJSC “Kokshetau University named after Sh. Ualikhanov” Turtkaraeva Gulnara Bayanovna were terminated early.Gulnara Tagirovna Fatkieva was appointed Corporate Secretary of the Board of Directors of NJSC “Kokshetau University named after Sh. Ualikhanov”.

By the decision of the Board of Directors dated January 31, 2024 (Minutes No. 1), the Committees of NJSC “Kokshetau University named after Sh. Ualikhanov” were approved: Audit Committee, Strategy, Personnel and Remuneration Committee. The composition of the Committee on Strategy, Personnel and Remuneration of the Board of Directors of NJSC “Kokshetau University named after Sh. Ualikhanov? was elected - Kalenova D.Zh. (chairman), Kalabaev N.B., Abisheva A.M., Syrlybaev M.K.

By decision of the Board of Directors dated September 15, 2023 (Minutes No. 10), the following were elected to the committees:Strategic Planning Committee: Kalenova D.Zh., Syrlybaev M.K., Akhmetzhanova A.A. – Vice-President of the National Academy named after I. By the decision of the Board of Directors dated September 08, 2023 (Minutes No. 9), the Chairman of the Board of Directors of NJSC “Kokshetau University named after. Sh. Ualikhanov” Naiman Bubeevich Kalabaev was elected.

By Order of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 23, 2023 No. 452, the powers of the Board of Directors of the NJSC “Kokshetau University named after Sh. Ualikhanov” were terminated early.

Ualikhanov" to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.

By order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 06/09/2022 No. 67, Nurlan Amirovich Medetov was appointed member of the Board for Academic Affairs.

By Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 28 , 2022 No. 112 to the Board of Directors of NAO "Kokshetau University named after Sh. Ualikhanov" elected: Bekturganov Abdimanap Yelikbayevich – expert in the field of higher education Sarsembayev Aidos Aidarovich – engineer in the field of machine learning (Machine Learning) company Point ltd, independent director.

On Amendments and additions to the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/19/2011 No. 171 "On Approval of the Corporate Governance Code of a Non-profit Joint Stock Company in the field of higher and postgraduate education".

By the decision of the Board of Directors dated 05/26/2021 (Minutes No. 9) to the Personnel and Remuneration Committee and the Strategic Planning Committee of the Board of Directors of NAO "Kokshetau University named after Sh. Ualikhanov" changes have been made: Asemgul Abayevna Zhaizhumanova has been introduced into the Personnel and Remuneration Committee, Marat Kadiruly Syrlybaev has been removed from the Personnel and Remuneration Committee and introduced into the Strategic Planning Committee.

By the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 183 dated April 27, 2021, the following changes were made to the Board of Directors of NJSC “Sh.Ualikhanov Kokshetau University”: Left the Board of Directors: Toybaev Amangeldy Sagynbaevich - Head of the Department for Work with Non-State Legal Entities with State Participation of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan The following were elected to the Board of Directors: Zhaizhumanova Asemgul Abaevna - Head of the Department for Work with Non-State Legal Entities with State Participation of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (as agreed).
