Memeshov Sansyzbai Koishybayuly, was born on July 16, 1967 in Madeniyet village, Keller district, Kokshetau oblast.

In 1984, he graduated from High School No. 3 named after the Hero of the Soviet Union Academician Malik Gabdullin in Kokshetau.

In 1985 he entered the Agronomy Faculty at the Kokchetav Subsidiary of the Tselinograd Agricultural Institute. From 1986 to 1988 he served in the Soviet Army, the unit of sergeants. In 1991, he graduated from the Kokshetau Agricultural Institute with a degree in Agronomy, was awarded the qualification of «scientist-agronomist».

In 2006, he defended his thesis for the degree of Candidate of Agricultural Sciences in the specialty 03 00 16-«Ecology».

He is the author of over 100 scientific papers, including 1 textbook recommended by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 8 monographs, 10 textbooks, 5 articles in the journals included in the Scopus database. He prepared 1 PhD doctor, a scientific consultant of 2 PhD doctoral students.

Career

In 1984-1985, he began his career as a worker at the Kokshetau Instrument-Making Plant.

In 1992, he worked as an agronomist of the department, an agronomist of the seed grower of the state farm "Zavety Ilyicha" in Ayyrtau district, Kokshetau oblast.

In 1994, he was appointed as Chief agronomist at the Kokshetau Regional Regulatory Research Station for Labor.

From October 16, 1996 to the present, he has been working at Sh.Ualikhanov Kokshetau University.

In 1996-2006, a lecturer, a senior lecturer of the Department of Plant and Soil Science.

In 2006, Dean of the Agricultural Engineering Faculty; in 2008, Head of the Department of Accreditation and International Cooperation; in 2009, Head of the Department of Postgraduate Education and Licensing; in 2012, Head of the Department of Plant and Soil Science;

in 2020, Head of the Department of Academic Development.

From March 25, 2021 to June 13, 2022, he worked as Acting Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs.

Since June 13, 2022, he has worked as Head of the Department of Academic Development.

Ualikhanov»;He was awarded a certificate of honor by the Minister of Education and Science, the Akim of Akmola oblast, letters of thanks from the Minister of Science and Higher Education, the Minister of Agriculture, the Chairman of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, etc.
