1. General Provisions

1.1. The contest is organized by the Department of Mining, Construction, and Ecology as part of the “Taza Kazakhstan” environmental awareness program and within the framework of the ERASMUS+ /KA2/ CBHE 101129169 project “Development of innovative curricula and modules in Circular Economy and Sustainable Development (CirculEC)”.1.2. Participation in the contest is free and voluntary.

  1. Goals and Objectives of the Contest

The contest aims to create art objects from recyclable materials by university students. Participants demonstrate creativity by producing original and environmentally significant works that highlight the importance of waste recycling and resource conservation. The best projects will be showcased at exhibitions or in public spaces.

Goal: To attract the attention of young people to the problem of waste recycling. To foster environmental thinking and a creative approach to solving ecological issues. To support and promote the ideas of sustainable development through art.

3.1. Invited to participate:

4.1. Participants are encouraged to create a product/object/art-object from used, unnecessary, or old materials, giving them a 'second life'.
4.2. Any safe material (plastic, fabric, paper, metal, wood, etc.) may be used.
