The series of training sessions within the Erasmus + CBHE project "Bridging Environmental Concerns, Societal Needs, and Good Governance in Central Asian Education and Employment Sectors" (ESGCA) continues.

On April 7, 2025, project participants met at the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava. On the first training day, the university’s vice rector for Informatics and Sport and Vice Rector for Education and Student Care, Mr. Stefan Stanko, greeted all participants.

The training was continued with the presentation of Dr. Ivana Makhrikova, who provided information on best practices in public water resource management in Slovakia, aimed at sustainably providing the population with high-quality water.

Professor Michal Mohler talked about the decarbonization of the water cycle in Slovakia.For ESGCA project participants, a visit to the Slovnaft oil refinery was organized. The communications director of Slovnaft, Anton Molnar, spoke about the implementation of ESG principles in the plant’s operations.
