On May 5, 2025, the Acting Vice-Rector for Internationalization and Infrastructural Development of Sh. Ualikhanov Kokshetau University, Kurmanbayeva A.S., awarded certificates to participants of the training series organized within the CBHE Erasmus+ project "Development of innovative curricula and modules in Circular Economy and Sustainable Development (CirculEC)".

The trainings were organized and conducted in both offline and online formats from March 11 to 27, 2025, by the European partner universities of the CirculEC project (University of Naples Federico II, Italy; Fachhochschule des Mittelstands, Germany; University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain).

The training topics focused on enhancing university faculty's capacity in the circular economy field and covered environmental management, sustainable development, competitiveness, and green entrepreneurship. Thanks to their participation in these trainings, faculty members, employers, PhD and Master's students from universities in Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan) had the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of circular economy and sustainable development, as well as to explore the specifics of creating and operating circular and sustainable business models in European companies.
