In the period 09.10-15.10.2023 within the Erasmus+ " Advancing circular economy in partner countries by development and implementation of Master programme "Waste management"/ UnWaste" project the third block of seminars was organised on the basis of the Wismar University of Applied Sciences: Technology, Business and Design (Hochschule Wismar, Gemany). The purpose of the trip was to participate in a training seminar on knowledge transfer from EU partners in the field of waste management and basic principles of organisation and management of circular economy processes.Wismar University is the grant holder of the project and coordinates the work of the whole consortium.

During the period of the workshop, Wismar University professors gave lectures in such areas as: "Waste management", "Creating innovative ecosystems for entrepreneurship and sustainable development", "New methods of teaching entrepreneurship and sustainable development"The seminar was attended by Rector of Ualikhanov University Syrlybaev Marat Kadirovich, Vice-Rector for Internationalisation and Infrastructural Development Sagyndykova Zhailagul Oralovna and Rector's Advisor on International Project Management Kakabaev Anuarbek Ayazbaevich as well as members of the project working group and master students studying on the educational programme "Waste Management".

During the visit the agreement on co-operation for 5 years between Kokshetau University named after Sh.Ualikhanov and Wismar University of Applied Sciences:Technology, Business and Design was signed.
