The University Chief of Staff to the Rector is a key administrative manager who exercises general management and coordination of the university's administrative and managerial staff to ensure the effective execution of the Rector's decisions and assignments. The responsibilities include organizing the control of executive discipline, tracking the deadlines and quality of the execution of the Head's orders and directives by vice-rectors, deans, and heads of structural subdivisions. The Chief of Staff coordinates the preparation of Rectorate meetings and official events, ensures prompt interaction between the Rector and university employees, and, on behalf of the Rector, represents the interests of the educational organization in relations with government agencies, businesses, and external partners.
