On March 15, 2024, the second stage of the "Kіtapqumar" competition took place, the results were announced, the winners were determined, and prizes were awarded. The aim of the event was to popularize reading. The first stage of the competition involved creating book trailers for literary works. The top 5 book trailers were determined through open voting on the YouTube platform. The finalists participated in a quest, which took place offline at the main building of the Sh. Ualikhanov Kokshetau University. The jury included: Zhanyl Makhfozovna Samatova, a methodologist of the Kokshetau City Department of Education under the Education Administration of the Akmola Region; Bibizhamal Kairgeldinovna Dusenbina, a teacher of Russian language and literature at the Kokshetau Higher Kazakh Pedagogical College named after Zh. Musin; Olga Aleksandrovna Anishchenko, an associate professor at the Department of General Linguistics and Literature of the Sh. Valikhanov Kokshetau University, Doctor of Philological Sciences; Zhanna Germanovna Temirova, an associate professor at the Department of General Linguistics and Literature of the Sh. Ualikhanov Kokshetau University, Candidate of Philosophical Sciences. The best of the best received cash prizes and nominations. The sponsors of the competition were the Republican State Institution "State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve "Botai" of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Jusan Bank JSC, and Bank CenterCredit JSC.
