Ualikhanov University Hosts Student Meeting on the “Law and Order” Principle

Today, Ualikhanov University, in partnership with the Akmola Region Youth Resource Center, hosted a meeting for first-year students as part of the “Law and Order” principle. Representatives of the Akmola Region Police Department took part in the event.

The meeting aimed to strengthen legal awareness among young people, promote civic responsibility, and develop safe and responsible behavior.

During the session, Raziya Kursanova, Senior Operative Officer of the Drug Crime Prevention Department of the Akmola Region Police Department, spoke about drug prevention among young people, the harmful effects of drugs, and legal responsibility.

Botagoz Saduakassova, Senior Inspector for Juvenile Affairs, focused on cybersecurity and personal safety online.

Police Captain Nursultan Satubayev and Senior Police Lieutenant Daniil Golovchenko also addressed key safety issues, including the risks of online fraud, involvement in money mule schemes, and the potential legal consequences.

The meeting was held in an open-dialogue format, giving students an opportunity to ask questions and receive practical advice directly from law enforcement professionals. Particular attention was given to staying safe online, respecting the law, and understanding personal responsibility for one’s actions.

Ualikhanov University continues its systematic work to strengthen legal awareness and civic responsibility among young people. The “Law and Order” principle, enshrined in Kazakhstan’s new Constitution, is an important foundation for a responsible and law-abiding society. Helping young people understand this principle, respect the law, and grow into responsible citizens who are aware of their rights and duties remains an important part of the University’s educational mission.
