Recipient of the State Grant of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan "The Best University Teacher – 2017". Pedagogical work experience: 27 years.

Two-time project leader of grant financing by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan for scientific and scientific-technical projects (2021-2023, 2025-2027).

Author and co-author of more than 100 scientific papers, h-index – 3.

Deputy Chairperson of the Scientific and Expert Group at the Akmola Assembly of People of Kazakhstan. Member of the expert group of the Public Foundation "Republican Ethnocultural Association of Kazakhstani Germans".
