In 1999, she graduated from Kokshetau University of Humanities and Economics with a degree in Practical Psychology. In 2011, she graduated with honors from the Master's program in Pedagogy and Psychology and was awarded the academic degree of Master of Pedagogical Sciences. In 2019, by the decision of the Committee for Quality Assurance in Science and Higher Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, she was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pedagogy and Psychology.
Assel Kairatovna has a rich professional and academic background. Her career encompasses various fields, including psychology, pedagogy, and the management of educational institutions. She has extensive experience working in different educational organizations, progressing from a psychologist to a manager of educational institutions.
