As part of the European Union: Promoting Cultural Diversity and Tolerance (EUDIVE) project, a syllabus and materials for lectures and practical sessions were developed.

The module aims to integrate European experiences of intercultural diversity into the educational programs at Ualikhanov University and to study European practices of tolerance and cultural diversity.

The module includes the following topics:

• The concept of “culture” in European scholarly research
• Cultural diversity and tolerance: the essence of concepts and historical perspective
• EU policies and initiatives promoting cultural diversity and tolerance
• The role of education in fostering inclusivity and tolerance
• Cultural diversity and tolerance as the foundation of intercultural communication
• Emotional intelligence in the context of cultural diversity
• Cultural diversity in the digital age
• Global citizenship: EU policy

The module has been integrated into the educational program “Foreign Language: Two Foreign Languages”, with sessions conducted for third-year students.
