- critically analyze, evaluate modern scientific achievements and generate new ideas when solving research and practical problems, including interdisciplinary areas;
- model subject-procedural aspects of research of cognitive linguistic-cultural complexes;
- to master the culture of interpersonal communication in the conditions of complex research as a part of research groups with international participation;
- plan and carry out independent scientific research in the field of comparative-historical, typological and comparative linguistics, based on the possession of the basic notions and categorical apparatus of the modern linguistics
- present the results of research in various types of scientific and popular scientific texts in Kazakh, Russian and foreign languages (scientific report, thesis, scientific article, monographic research, etc.)
- develop authoring, innovative educational materials in native and foreign languages, present the results of research; observes the principles of scientific ethics and adheres to officially published rules when conducting scientific research.
