Brief description of the project:

A joint project to modernize educational programs in the field of engineering (administration of computer networks and systems), a national priority for the Republic of Moldova and the Republic of Kazakhstan, and a regional one for Vietnam.

Tasks set in each of the three countries:

Overcome skills gaps at the intermediate level (technicians, maintenance and protection of systems and networks) and at the professional level (design, engineering to protect computer systems and networks) in order to improve the employment opportunities of students and improve the technical specialists and managers of the company.Develop Bachelor's and professional Master's degree programs in the development, administration, management and protection of computer systems and enterprise networks in Moldova, Kazakhstan, Vietnam, designed both for distance learning and as a system of lifelong professional training.

Priorities of this project:

This project fully meets the above priorities, as training will be carried out remotely using the cyber-educational space. Teachers will be trained to create free multimedia resources and conduct virtual classes. The security of computer systems makes it possible to create consulting companies and software manufacturers. Thus, the project provides for mandatory training of the module available online: entrepreneurship to ensure the security of computer networks and systems.

The aim of this project is to modernize the support, accessibility and internationalization of higher education in partner countries and promote voluntary convergence with EU higher education initiatives.

Tasks:

The project is accompanied by profound changes in professional practice in the field of management, administration and protection of computer networks in companies. Within the framework of the project, a new bachelor's and professional master's degree program will be created to protect computer systems in accordance with the Bologna process.

Thus, this project will bridge the gap between the intermediate (technical services) and professional level (systems engineer) identified in the three partner countries.
