On the second day of the kick-off rally, a visit was made to ECM SPACE TECHNOLOGIES GGmbH, Germany, which is one of the leading engineering consulting companies for managing space technologies in the field of satellite launch services. Professor Arnold Shterengarz and his team introduced the principles of launch operation and the mechanism of controlled satellite deployment. ECM space technologies launch adapters provide maximum accuracy when deploying satellites. The company's proprietary technologies can be used for launching satellites for small and medium-sized farmers in the areas of precision agriculture at the sowing and harvesting stages of grain and vegetable crops. High technologies can be intensively introduced into the practice of agricultural production. Its main brands are precision farming technologies, agrometeorological data, cloud-based agricultural enterprise management services, rolling stock monitoring systems and consumables accounting. A special role is played by remote sensing of the Earth (ERS), with the help of space surveys and surveys using unmanned aerial vehicles. Such information is completely reliable and reflects a real picture of the state of agricultural land and vegetation, soils and topography.

In this regard, the NICoPA project NICoPA involves updating and modernizing existing bachelor's and master's degree curricula and modules using new GIS technologies for precision agriculture in accordance with new achievements in agronience and the needs of the labor market.

During a business lunch at the invitation of the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Germany, a meeting was held with the rector of KSU named after Sh. Ualikhanov Marat Syrlybayev, Rector of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies Tulkin Teshabayev, and Mr. Ambassador Nabizhon Kasimov. The conversation was held in an informal setting. Issues of cooperation in the field of education and science, academic mobility, opening representative offices and branches of departments, participation in joint projects and signing a long-term memorandum of understanding were discussed.

On the final day, in accordance with the kick-off meeting program, the partners discussed project implementation plans and work packages: schedule of master classes and trainings, purchase and installation of equipment, financial management of the project (budget and reporting period).

There was also discussion and adoption of a working protocol for ensuring and implementing the NICoPA project plan, approval of the members of the Project Management Board, the venue and timing of the next meeting, and implementation of the quality assurance system in the European Higher Education Area.
